I have a broken NIU motorbike
I have a NIU motorbike. The whole journey with NIU has been problematic from the start. The 1st bike kept stopping mid ride, very dangerous. After several attempts at repair I had a eplacement bike that worked fine. I now have a problem with my batteries. I have contacted NIU several times but they have been, I am sorry to say, useless. They keep asking me to contact a local dealer, however there are no local dealers in my area anymore. Their dealer directory is completely out of date, very emberassing for this company. If I contact a bike shop they recommend to contact NIU. Very disappointed and could not recommend NIU. Maybe you could tell me how to contact you because all my attempts to contact NIU UK have failed and NU international have told me they cannot help. Yu dealer list is not up to date.
