I have made a few recent purchases - mostly the reaction from Spooky mall was very good. The most recent purchase was processed very slow/late and for some reason I had no email confirmation/feedback from Spooky mall re my order - other than seeing it as ordered online. It did worry me a bit as South Africa is a very long distance away from China and in our currency these purchases are EXTREMELY expensive. In the end I did, however, receive my order and am very happy with my Spooky Products!! I recently received an email requesting a review with a promise of getting points...I did a review and submitted it but still waiting - I got no feedback on my review and didn't get the points as promised. Please advise?! Learning more about spooky daily!! :-) Loving the product!! :-)
