Scam shop.
Ordered a small planter from them on May 7th. When the tracking finally showed an update, which was about 10 days later, it showed the product coming from China. On May 24th the product was seized for counterfeit postage, which the shop blamed the carrier for. I asked for a refund but was told I could either get a replacement or a discount code to use on their site. When I again asked for a refund, I was told they already sent the replacement and were only willing to give me a percentage of the shipping cost back. I again, asked for a refund and to cancel the replacement (May 31st) and was refused/denied. Will never buy from them again and do not recommend buying anything from them.
