Had rented a bluesg and reserved my designated parking lot. Upon reaching there were no spot to park. Call CS, they directed me to park at another spot which is far away from where I'm going. Ended up need to book a grab back that cost more. Totally waste of time and money. Totally unacceptable service. Supposed to a service provided for convenience but consumer ended up paying more and wasting their time and had to go through the frustration. Can't understand how such a lousy standard service can even exist in singapore.
