Didn't even show up!!!
This company sent several text reminders of the appointment only to call at the last minute and say that they couldn't find anyone to do the job (dryer vent cleaning). This is totally unacceptable. Don't even bother dealing with them. Totally unprofessional. What a waste of time and effort.
