Honestly: stay away
If I could go back in time, I would never buy from this company. It has caused me so much unnecessary stress. I ordered a P2 Laser but it arrived faulty. Support was extremely slow, asked for endless video proof, and we went back and forth for over a month. Their return policy charges ~30%, which isn't even legal in the EU. I ended up taking it to a local engineer who found the cables were defective. It works now — no thanks to Acmer. On top of that, I ordered materials that were never shipped. When I contacted them, they offered something completely different. Getting a refund has been a nightmare — they keep requesting private information that they have no legal right to ask for. They are legally obligated to refund undelivered products, yet they make it as difficult as possible. Support is unfriendly, unhelpful, and not solution-oriented. I have never experienced anything this bad. Stay away from this company.
