Good product, but call quality needs to be more consistent
I like this product, however the call quality hurts some of my calls and they cant seem to figure out how to make it consistent. I am hard wired in, with the fastest internet, I even clear cache space daily and I still face these problems. I spoke to customer care who only asks to do a speed test and a cache clear. After all these steps, I am still faced with 20% of my connection sounding choppy on the prospects line
