worst tech support service ever. since the announcement of taking over hk pachosting and mail server migration, there were minimal communication or statue update provided. Only last minute email stating the migration date and there were no guideline or what so ever. the no one answer the hk hotline, and it takes forever to talk to a live person at the live chat. i waited for an hour then in the end i only got time out message. Imagine it is happening since yesterday. I am still not getting my support for missing email and folders with the IMAP setting.
