I bought the Jovs 4D in February and love it . I was having an issue with a few of the lights going off. I thought I would be spending hours or even days to get heard. I am in shock and impressed it took less than an hour for a response and a solution. NOT an automated message . A human response. My issued is resolved and they are sending a new one out . No hassle they pulled up my original order . Confirmed it and DONE. Customer service gets 100. I have and will continue to purchase with JOVS . FYI the booty shorts are a must! I am 59 and it works ! Thank you JOVS for making my day!
