BE AWARE OF UNSOLICITED AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
On te 6th of April I paid for via Paypal and downloaded Wondershares Recoverit program. I was unaware that this was a monthly subscription with automatic renewal until I received a notification of another debit from Paypal on the 6th of May. I immediately logged on to Paypal to question this transaction and canceled the automatic subscription of which I was unaware. Moments later I logged on to the Wondershare account where I also cancelled this automatic subscrption. I made a request via their on-line form for a refund and read that it could take a few days to complete a refund. Now 8 days later I have read that my refund request been denied and that a representative will be reaching out to me via email – I AM STILL WAITING!! That my refund request was denied so close to the second debited amount is unacceptable and I feel that I have been lured to pay for something that I did not request. Now reading other reviews about Wondershare I would also warn prospective buyers to be aware of their tactics and avoid purchasing from this company.
