RUN AWAY!!!
RUN AWAY!! I purchased a new NIU MQi-GT thirteen months ago. Within those 13 months it has broken down numerous times which led to to four major repairs and counting. So far the only thing left to replace is the motor and batteries, ever other major component has been replaced. It is very stressful and sometimes dangerous to ride when something like the handle bar nut coming loose or a random error code appears and you cannot move in traffic. This was a terrible purchase. Their support is a joke, they never resolve anything or follow-up. I haven't been able to ride without issue for more that a few months at a time. I wish I could give it back or at least have NIU admit that this unit should be replaced at no cost. Worst vehicle purchase of my life.
