I liked the ease of changing the logo to fit in with my business. However, when I was able to print it out larger, I didn't like the font I chose. When I went to change it, the site wanted to charge me as if I was starting all over again. So lack of flexibility is the downfall. Update, Adam saw my review and set things up so I could use the logo I wanted. What wonderful customer service!
