Very disappointed
Very disappointed. These people do not honour their refund policy. This is a reply to their answer. I submitted my application 12.07am Request a cancellation by 2.40am My visa was processed by 4am. Misleading answer for not honouring the refund policy. Totally unacceptable. Even I asked them to keep the visa proceeding fees and refund rest. But failed to do so.
