remember to check the weight of the products excluding the packaging weight: our companies ordered fruits twice, fruits were underpacked twice. it was discovered by us and they managed to scold us for discovering that they underpacked fruits for us. 2 companies ordered a corporate order of 1x each, so we gave 1 review for each order. they then scolded us for giving 2 reviews when the orders were for 2 different companies. it was an interesting negative experience.
