The customer service has been amazing and very supportive. Quick to respond and has taken care of any concerns I have had with any of my printers. I have 4 Anycubic machines, 2-3 Max's, 3v2, and a Kobra X and they have been reliable and Customer Service in the rare occasions I have had a concern has done excellently in taking care of the situation.
