We purchase the SSL and is in pending status for 1 day. Got the agent Johanna, she said she will check in 1 minutes and call back. 20 minutes passed and when I get in touch with her colleague, they said she is in another meeting. She had issue with accepting the CSR and transfer me to tech department without explaning. I had to explain everything to tech support and they say they will route me back to SSL team again. Bad Johanna said will get back to me within the day, i waited with my whole team till 8pm only to find out they knock off at 5pm. Now it's second day and no news no update. The call take very long for agent to pick up. Live chat is not useful as I have to explain everything again. Provided a ticket number and no updates. Very bad experience.
