Good thus far
This is my 1st review and I just want to convey my thanks to the staff of Traveloka for their swift actions with my problem. I was one of those who were quite skeptical with the company after reading their numerous negative reviews so I was a bit worried when I encounter such problems myself. But thankfully the staff were quick to rectify the problems and got my refund within 3 days. Kudos and hopefully they continued their good service
