I live in India, and I have been ordering from Pandahall since 2017. In the year 2017 in India, the market had only iron & brass jewellery-making items which rust easily. So I was looking for stainless steel jewellery-making items that are durable and don't rust which I found on Pandahall :) I have been selecting Aramex as my courier partner on the pandahall website. From time to time, I did face issues regarding the customs process. But now it looks fine. I had a bad experience with Fedex as they overcharged for customs duty.
