Terrible! Scam!
Terrible!! Such bad experience with traveloka!! Valid ticket with purchase email and flight eTicket. when at airport staff said no Bookings. Airport staff/ Cathay Pacific staff/ traveloka staff had three way conversation still can't solve the problem and My flight already took off Traveloka tried getting next flight can't find. Next day also no promises. I was offered cancellation of ticket with refund Also promise additional compensation for my return flight. I missed all family gatherings. After all that nightmare and promise of refund with all their email assurances of refund and compensation I only got $25 refund!!! This is really a scam!!! Please do not book through traveloka. I wish I had read the reviews before bookinbg
