The product is great and it is working .My breathing is deeper and my sleep quality has really improved. From 5 hours to 8 last night . The shipping is quite slow but worth the wait. There was quick response time to emails I sent asking about delivery delays. The shipping is free but I would gladly pay to get faster shipping if it was offered .
