Two weeks ago, I placed an order for a heavy boxing bag from RDX Europe. Unfortunately, there was an error with the address I provided. I contacted RDX via email, and they provided me with excellent customer service. They explained the situation and what I needed to do to resolve the issue. After a series of five emails, the issue was successfully resolved, and the package was on rought to my correct address. However, the courier made a mistake and never left the package at my house. I then went through a second process of trying to reclaim the package. I believe RDX contacted the courier and got the package promptly redelivered to my house. At no extra charge, they even provided me with a refund due to the unusual circumstances. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the exceptional service and clarity provided by RDX.
