Michelle is an amazing customer service rep. She answered all my questions and showed real care for my situation and why I was interested in beta glucan. She explained very well how it could benefit me and the science behind it and physiology of how it worked. When I called back she stayed past business hours to address my needs and I know she didn’t have to. I can’t say enough about the caliber of your staff. AI bots don’t have anything on them!
