Paypal Rocks! Ricidress Bad Business
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase on May 31st. When my items arrived, the quality was incredibly poor and see-through; the size didn't fit, and they looked used. The items I received looked nothing like what I ordered and were made from the cheapest materials. To make matters worse, I discovered that returning the items would cost more in shipping to China, and I was only offered $8.00 back on my $86.00 purchase. This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. I brought this situation to the attention of Paypal, and they have been outstanding in refunding my money and looking into blocking this vendor from future transactions with other customers. I feel completely scammed by your company and am seeking a satisfactory resolution.
