I ordered a 7kw inverter in February
I ordered a 7kw inverter in February, came damaged, it was showing error 09, chatted with the customer service adviser and she made me understand there is a problem with the motherboard. I requested for a new one to be sent as it was dead on arrival, she refused and said a new motherboard would be sent and it would take 3 bloody months for me to receive the motherboard. It has been over 3months now, and I haven't received any motherboard, I contacted them via WhatsApp, where we have been communicating, and I realized they have blocked me up until now since February no solutions it as been a nightmare after spending thousands of pounds on inverter system .. please please avoid these products at all costs very bad products, bad customer services, I will be seeking a legal action against them.
