Total Ignorance support department Made-In-China
I bought an ATV through Made-In-China. I paid FOB Shanghai, which can also be seen on their application where it says FOB and explains that FOB means: The supplier has to deliver the goods on the bord of the vessel nominated by the buyer... The seller himself sent the ATV to my port, then sent me the bill. So it caused me over $1500 in extra costs. After making a complaint to Made-in-China mr. Andrew replied that I had paid FOB Shanghai and that the seller would be able to pay the additional costs incurred. Then he spoke with the seller and wrote to me in another email that there was a misunderstanding and that I have to pay everything. I immediately replied to him, if he could please write to me on the basis of which he made such a decision, but to this day, more than 14 days, I have not received an answer. In the meantime, I have already written at least 5 emails asking for an answer, but complete ignorance. Then I contacted Made-in-China via live chat, where Mr. Ronald told me that he would make sure I get an answer, but again nothing happened. Such ignorance is completely unacceptable to me from a company like Made-in-China. I hope someone will get back to me and answer my emails, otherwise I have lost a lot of money due to the complete ignorance of the customer support department. Before you buy anything on the Made-in-China site, think carefully about whether you want such support (ignorance), and the loss of your money if there are any problems. Updated: 9 days later after publish on trustpilot.com : send 3 more mails still no replay and nothing from made-in-china.com!!! Updated 9.7.24. Still nothing!!! I sent email to online-trading a made-in-china.com but again no replay. After speaking with the seller, Made-In-China.com has not contacted them until now!?!
