0 STARS. I placed an order on June 12th. I paid through cash app and was confirmed. I received a communication on Sunday night that Hyperfavor produced my items but cannot send them because Stripe has died (what???) I need to contact them because they are holding my money. Why would Hyperfavor produce my items if they didn’t receive my money???? Long story short. Stripe doesn’t have my money and can’t refund me. Filed a complaint/refund request with Cash app. Hyperfavor refuses to send me my order or produce a refund. Also Hyperfavor said if I want my items they can send me an invoice and I can pay via PayPal. Absolutely not. I already paid. I’m not paying again.
