Great studio and staff, fab experience
I visited here for a photo shoot and decided to take the train as I knew parking and congestion charge would end up being costly as well as fuel, as I was coming from over 100 miles away. I felt welcomed and comfortable by the staff. Was offered water on entry which really helped as it was 26/27 degrees that day! There was 80's music playing throughout the day which gave a touch of nostalgia. The lady that did my make up was lovely, friendly and engaged in conversation with me. I loved the way she changed my look everytime I sat in her chair, adding bits here and there. Same with the photographer that I was allocated. Frederico, very calm man and easy to shoot with and talk to. I loved every minute of my shoot with my different looks, the pictures were great and I throughly enjoyed the fact that they mixed it up with location and studio shots. My assessor Sam was great and explained everything sufficiently. The only thing I was confused about is the initial lady I spoke to and booked my shoot with, I was unaware that she wasn't based at the studio so when I tried to call her on the morning of my shoot I thought I was getting through to the studio but in fact it was a separate office so my message was not passed on. But that was a tiny glitch in what was an absolutely fabulous day. Thanks to the whole team. I cannot wait to start my new journey!
