Absolute lack of support
Outgoing email often went to spam. Complaint to operion. They suggested paid upgrade platform . We refused. Migrated the server and hell broke loose. Can’t send email to external using mail client. Lodged a complaint, their response is mail client is not their responsibility, they only responsible for webmail functionality. Defensive rather than solving client’s issue. I asked for backup of website and email so I can change vendor; not a single feedback given. Stay away from such a company.
