Great alkalizer machine, delivery time and customer service needs improvement.
Great alkalizer machines. Best way 2 have healthy water. Buying a second unit. Long wait time for delivery. Was promised 0%, 4 a new machine didnt happen. Appreciate Riccardo, the technicians longevity in the company, skill, helpfulness, and professionalism. He is fixing up 1st unit to donate to friend w cancer. But general customer service needs much improvement.
