Lovely dresses but poor customer service
My rating is based purely on customer service. The dresses themselves on the whole are great quality, 2 that turned up didn’t quite look like they did in the photos but it wouldn’t have been a big issue if the returns policy was actually followed. They list that returns are possible however when I tried to return some of the dresses they tried everything to get me not to send it back and as such I am out of pocket trying to sell these dresses elsewhere to regain the money I spent. If you’re buying from this site, make sure you are certain these are the dresses you want and will fit as you won’t be able to return.
