Exceptional customer support
Twice recently I had to contact customer support to deal with a case that was damaged in shipping and then a separate maintenance issue. In each case my phone call was promptly returned, communication was exceptional and the outcome was far more than I expected. I would go so far as to say that E-Z UP's customer service should be THE model for the industry.
