The part i received looked like it was used. ASI the manufacture pre tests these parts and do not clean them properly prior to shipping.
The part sent looked used. I emailed them this information with a slow response back. Update 4-10-26 I was contacted by Chris Berl who took the time to look into the issue and determined the manufacture pre test the parts and do not clean them properly before shipping.
