The product itself I love, delivery was awful.
The product itself I love, I’ve used it all but 3 days over the 3 weeks I’ve had it. I love the variety of workouts, beyond just the rowing. The only knock was the delivery. The transportation company was awful and didn’t meet the delivery window or even the day, with no communication. I reached out to Hydrow for help and didn’t hear back. It was another 4 days before it was delivered but I didn’t hear anything from transportation until around the day before they actually brought it.
