Instagram? Insta-scam!
Ordered November 7, 2024. Saw on Instagram and liked the designs. Seemed like it was a legit company but I should have looked at it more thoroughly. I thought they were UK based. My order was not delivered within the promised timeframe. An email inquiry was not answered promptly and when it was it was, it was not a professional customer service response. “ Hello I am sorry that your order has not been sent out due to our heavy order. I will urge the warehouse to deliver as soon as possible.Have a nice day” Merely said my order had not shipped due to high sales volume. Would not respond to a request to cancel order or issue a refund so I went through my credit card company to cancel it instead. Pretty sure it’s a second rate shop doing business out of China with low order fulfillment and suspect quality. Don’t fall for the cuteness quotient.
