Buyer Beware! The worst online shopping experience…
The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever encountered. This company is a scam. The shoes I ordered were not true to size (about 4 sizes too small) which the company were not willing to acknowledge was their problem. They say you can return items but trust me it’s pointless- you have to pay for shipping to China, record delivery, send them a copy of the return receipt and tracking number and even then they will not consider a refund until you request it (again) once you know they have received the item. Then they ‘quality control’ check the item and withhold the right not to refund. AND worst of all they will deduct 15% off the original price no matter what as they say they only make one of every item so it will have been restocked unnecessarily! Think I’ll just give my shoes away to someone who can fit into them…. Or maybe il burn them to make me feel better!☺️
