Mixed feelings, good products
At first I gave them a bad review because of a very time consuming and frustrating experience regarding the return process of a product. After they saw my review here though, they offered me a good solution and asked me to update my review. I am content with the offered solution, but since the entire experience was really stressfull and like I said, very time consuming, I decided to not give 4 stars. The customer support was always very quick to reply though, which was helpful and convenient. Also, the quality of the products that I've recieved has been great so far. So my advice; only order stuff you don't want to send back, because that will be a long ride.
