signed up for the free 7 day/7 lookup trial on 6-30-24. wanted to cancel it on 7-1-24 after looking up two items. i cannot log in as it says password is wrong. tried forgot password and received the following: 'We're having trouble recovering your username. Please contact Customer Care at support-worthpoint.com.' have written to them on 7-1-24 and 7-2-24. no response. no phone number to call. looked up the address and it is a residential house in cape coral, florida
