Extremely unprofessional and rude!
Extremely unprofessional and rude! An agent called (didn't really catch his name) regarding Careshield plan upgrade and asked to meet up to do the upgrade. Declined as I wanted to consider first, but agent kept trying to persuade. Declined again and said I would contact my own insurance agent if I wanted to upgrade after consideration. Agent then ended the call immediately after spewing rude comments.
