I call uob customers service 30x regarding saving was lost into my account i made a police report 2x and submitted but only uob saying they wont return the money that lost to my account ..sounds very annoying they send otp to my number and enter it to use it but the otp that uob given was ng enter to the transaction coz the number no more using very impossible that somebody enter the otp without the person acknowledge..ridiculious experience with uob and scary u keep saving money to your account but somebody very easy to access it even sending otp and no enter still can steal ur money inside
