John was extremely helpful in explaining the issue I had. Every time I have communicated with customer service I have received great service. To a person, each has been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Over my 4 years as a customer, there have been periodic problems with the content or timing of my deliveries which have been fairly and promptly addressed by customer service agents. Thank you!
