Good Value, but...
I purchased a tripod (X284C2) and a backpack (KF13.134 hardshell). The prices are good, the service could be better. The tripod came damaged, needing all the cams replaced. After 5 months of pulling teeth, I finally had all of my parts. Now that I can use the tripod, it is great, especially for the price. The backpack came with no issues. I am very happy with the backpack, it fits my entire TOYO 4x5 monorail system. My only complaint with the bag is that the tripod pocket doesn't seem large enough to fit the tripod (although, I am aware it is their largest one). As for the service, it's slow. Don't expect a reply the same day, although I usually had a response waiting for me the next morning. Parts shipping was about as slow as the products shipping and it took a few attempts to get all the correct parts, but they did honor the warranty. All in all, decent products and good prices. If you're not in any particular rush, the prices are worth the frustrating customer support.
