Good warranty handling
I participated in their kickstarter for their new power tool battery line and they met their timelines on fulfillment. Batteries worked as expected and I am happy with the product. Unfortunately about 6 months later one of the batteries died mysteriously. Ceenr responded fairly quickly to my email and sent me a replacement which arrived within the week, which was a faster turnaround than I expected. There wasn’t much fuss at all either, I simply sent them the basic info along with a video of the problem. Their handling of this problem was superb and I am happy with the outcome.
