I ordered Air Purifier worth 8K with full payment made in advance in the month of November. It's been a month and there is no revert. It's a complete fraud company and will be going to consumer court soon. Thanks
We recently moved from W London to JW Marriott and I regret this decision. The room is not user-friendly, and the room service has been horrible. Housekeeping repeatedly fails to restock basic amenities after cleaning. Even for green tea or coffee, I have to call multiple times. Additionally, the bathtub in the room has been consistently problematic. Overall, it has been a bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
