Almost perfect
Call quality is great, and support is top-notch. Two issues: 1. General issues with Call history not storting. Call history sometimes disappears on close, isn't consistent across apps/devices, and though it shows the caller ID when someone is calling, it does not show it in history. (issue confirmed by support) I understand I can see the complete history as an admin, but it should be available to the user, also. 2. If you set DND in the app, it sets DND for your entire account across multiple apps and devices. I should be able to turn off the ring on my cellphone and have my desk phone still ring. (also confirmed by support)
