Absurd verification
Been customers for years, but the recent requirement for verification is a total turn off, first time encounter such strict and cumbersome security requirements online. I understand from their explanation government requirements to prevent laundering bla bla bla etc. but they really need to understand from the standpoint of a customers it’s totally hostile and absurd. Imagine buying a USD2 gift card and you need to surrender your selfie, credit card photos etc. Their developers really need to relook at the implementation as many nowadays are using privacy centric smartphones feature like iPhone Private Cloud Relay and smart enough to identify them or at least provide some guidance beforehand they make the purchase. Will be looking for alternatives sadly. I should have given a 1-star review based on how frustrated my experience was but I wanted to be kind to legit businesses like them but lack common sense in customer service and hope the will speedily improve on this soon.
