Nancy at DFH was incredibly helpful throughout my whole shipment journey. I had an large 1.5m package shipped with them from China to Australia, bought from Taobao at steep discounts. Their customer service on WeChat was very good, fast response times and transparent explanations about their process and operations. It was a high value item $4k and they recommended me to buy insurance for about 1%, shipping cost was $200 DDP. Initially the ship that the package was assigned to was delayed due to port congestions so they moved my package to a different ship so that it can depart sooner. The ship arrived in Sydney in about 2 weeks, and to my doorstep 4 days after that. Can't fault anything about the overall experience and would totally use them again.
