Exceptional service from Ma'am FELICIA!
Exceptional service from Ma'am FELICIA! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 had an amazing experience and I'm so Thankful for the help she gave me. She went above and beyond to assist me with my issue, showing immense patience, empathy and expertise. She's a blessing!!! so worried and stress and I dunno if how they can help me, as i already called up one of their officer earlier and gave me advice but not to the extent that will help me settle my problem. As an UOB atm holder I feel so down hearing on the advice on that agent. But when I called up again and Ma'am FELICIA answered my call...she patiently listen and understand my concern. Get all the necessary details for the procedure and gave me the best and reasonable solution to my concern. I was so relieved!!! I feel like I want to cry! this is the kind of customer service everybody should experienced and company should have!!!! She's a blessing from above! My gratitude to her is boundless!❤️GOD BLESS U ALWAYS MA'AM FELICIA!
