I have been an EZ up customer for over 10 years. My first ez ups are still holding up great. The only time I had an issue was when a severe thunderstorm/wind came out of nowhere and the frame got toast! Sadly we couldn’t bring it down in time. I give their customers service 5/5, their prices 4/5 and the quality of their products 5/5.
