best technicians
Sophia, I am very happy to report that you have provided me with the absolute best service I ever had on line. You are not only extremely knowledgeable about electronic equipment (computers, printers, routers, networks, ETC) but capable of working with both knowledgeable customers as well as those still learning how to use the technology of today. You are very kind, understanding, patient and you work with the customers no matter what the problem is and what the level of experience they have. My most sincere thanks for your help in successfully resolving all my problems. Bob S.
