Personalized nurse pin
I ordered a personalized nurse pin, and I must express my disappointment with its quality. While the item visually matched the online representation, it appears to be primarily constructed from acrylic, which was not evident from the product images. The picture suggested a bejeweled appearance, but the actual pin lacks any discernible texture. Furthermore, the pin's locking mechanism is entirely non-functional, despite being advertised as a straight pin. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied.
